Friends, community members, visitors and fellow contributors,

I would like to deeply thank all of you for the parts you have played in this amazing adventure.  Sherwood's Enchanted Forest has been so beautiful, and encouraging, and inspirational to so many people over these last few months, and there's no way I could have done it alone.  

Unfortunately, our trail is no longer enchanted.  I'm not 100% sure who it was, exactly when they did it, or even why, but someone went through and took it all out.  The houses, the animals, the signs, the decorations- it's all gone.  

It makes my heart sad to walk through the path and gaze at where things used to be, but maybe it was time.  Perhaps these objects and messages had done their job and served their purpose.  

I've met many of you out walking the trail and I've gotten such wonderful feedback from those of you, and that was only a small number of all the people who walk through that trail.  If the enchanted forest touched even a small fraction of all those people, then it was all worth it.  

Thank you, again, for the encouraging words, for all the people I saw who were out with cameras, for those of you who helped fix things that had been broken, and of course, all of you who made contributions to this wonderful community project.  You guys are the best!
